This <br />approval is based on the site inspection conducted on February 3, 2005 and on the <br />information provided by you under a cover letter dated May 25, 2005. The estimated pit <br />inflows from precipitation and groundwater indicate that this pit has been lined to the <br />design standard referenced in the August 1999 State Engineer Guidelines for Lining <br />Criteria for Gravel Pits.
