Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />Dick Wolfe, P.E. <br />Director <br />t-CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />Connell Resources, Inc., requested full reclamation responsibility release for the Wellington <br />Downs Pit, Permit no. M-1995-035. <br />The mined area was lined with a slurry wall and the lining of this pit was approved by the <br />Division 1 Office by letter dated July 7, 2005 in accordance with the State Engineer's <br />Guidelines for Lining Criteria. A substitute water supply plan approved on October 26, 2005 <br />for the Wellington Downs Pit indicated that there were continuing lagged stream depletions <br />from the previous operation of the Wellington Downs Pit. The Applicant is required to replace <br />the lagged depletions until there is no longer an effect on the stream system.
