Ultimately, reclamation of these additional Carlton Tunnel <br />features will include filling in and reshaping the new sediment pond (Pond 0 on the drawings) <br />and transmittal ditch and removal of the 440 foot long 24-inch discharge pipe. Reclamation <br />costs associated will include mobilization/demobilization of equipment, $2,000. refill and <br />reshape Pond 0 and new transmittal ditch (1696 cubic yards at $5 per cubic yard) $8,480, <br />removal of 441 feet of 24 -inch discharge pipe ($2 per foot plus transportation to the Phantom <br />Canyon landfill) $1,432, and reclamation of one acre of regraded disturbance, $2283. Total <br />direct reclamation costs are estimated at $14,195. Including adding the 22.5% state <br />administrative costs, the proposed financial warranty for this technical revision (TR-51) is <br />$17,389. The current unallocated bond with DRMS is $258,429.
