Third St. Division Director <br />Victor, CO 80860 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Cresson Project, Permit No. M-1980-244, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-511--? <br />Dear Mr. Goodrich: <br />On January 8, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on December 31, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Place another sediment pond at the Carlton Portal. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 51 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980- <br />244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remain in full force and effect. <br />The reclamation warranty to back fill the pond and remove associated ditches and pipes is calculated to at <br />$18,489.00.This amount is deducted from the surplus warranty CC&V has in place in the amount of $258,429.00.This <br />will leave a surplus of $239,940.00.
