The maps previously submitted have been revised to clearly state the name of the <br />applicant and I have signed each with a statement added. Pursuant to Rule 1.4.1 these were <br />to be prepared by a "Qualified Person". Both plats are clearly marked with the prepare <br />information and both were prepared by qualified people. They have been additionally <br />signed by myself as the Project Agent with extensive knowledge of this project. I have <br />verified that these are an accurate. depiction of the affected property. Pursuant to Rule <br />6.2.1(b) these plats may be prepared by a "qualified person". They were prepared by <br />surveyors and I consider myself to be a "qualified person" These two plats taken together <br />satisfy the requirements of Rule 6.2 and 6.3.The scales utilized clearly depict the <br />affected area and allow for confirmation of the other elements described in the permit. <br />As these have been collected and signed in preparation to be included with this letter and <br />application, the "preparation date" is both shown for preparation of the plat and the date <br />I have signed it as a statement of accuracy and final preparation. <br />We will await your notification that our application has been deemed complete and then <br />will at that time submit a new legal notice to our local paper and will send you confirmation <br />that this has occurred. Errors due to our misunderstanding about the affected land (we <br />believed that our entire property was considered "affected" and not just the small pad <br />expansion site) will have been corrected prior to that notice being published. Please clarify <br />what the deadline for submitting statements of support or objections would then be.
