( F ,- <br />MINING PLAN: <br />Will stockpile : prproximately 1 foot of topsoil with a carryall inside the <br />west boundary. Stockpile will be approximately 12 feet wide and 8 feet high <br />and will be seeded to grass. A 3:1 slope will be maintained during the <br />mining process. Approximately 1 to 2 feet of overburden will be piled next <br />to the topsoil and will be sloped and seeded similar to the topsoil. <br />A protective bank will be left between Surveyor Creek and the pit area. <br />The flood area of Surveyor Creek is roughly 5 to 6 feet during a ten year, <br />24 hour storm and will never get close to the mining area. <br />The grass mixture will consist of Western wheatgrass, blue grama, Big & <br />Little Bluestem, buffalo grass, in accordance with the recommendations of <br />the Soil Conservation Office.
