Once the questions in this letter have been addressed, the <br />Division will calculate a separate bond. <br />6.3.5 EXHIBIT E - Map <br />The Mining Map and the Reclamation Map are missing some elements that the Division <br />requires. Please include a map scale, appropriate legend, map title, and a north arrow as <br />required by Rule 6.2.1(2)(e). Also, note any section corner adjacent to the proposed <br />operation and indicate the date the map was illustrated. The Applicant provided the map <br />elements in narrative form. The elements must be illustrated on the map; please resubmit <br />the Mining Map and the Reclamation Map with all of the required elements on the map. <br />In addition, there seems to be a discrepancy between the Location Map and the Mining <br />Map. The Location Map indicates that Surveyor Creek lies outside of the permit <br />boundary. However, the Mining Map shows that Surveyor Creek delineates the East <br />boundary of the permit area. Please clarify if Surveyor Creek is included within the <br />permit boundary.
