This instrument contains the entire agreement <br />between the pertiesvi th respell to the transaction contemplated herein, and no <br />representation are iced upon that are not set forth herein. <br />15. LAWS AND GOVERNMENTAL REGULATIONS. All express and implied <br />covenants of this lease and all the terms and conditions thereof shall be subject to all <br />federal, state and coral laws, executive orders, rules and regulations, and this Lease shall <br />not be terminated inwhole or in pail, nor shall the Lessee be held liable in damage for <br />failure to comply tha wAh, If compliance is prevented by, or rf such failure is the result of <br />any such low, order tuls or regulations, or if such compliance is prevented by, or failure is <br />the result of, inabilitlof the Lessee through no fault of its own, to obtain authority to <br />continue productionet sand, gravel and associated products form the premises leased <br />hereunder. <br />16. SINDINGEFFECT. This Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit <br />of the parties heretoand to their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. <br />17. CONTINGENCIES. This Lease is specifically contingent upon the following: <br />(a). Lowor has all mineral rights to the sand, gravel, and dirt on the leased <br />premises and can pass clear and free title of such material to the Lessee. <br />IN.
