yt.....U•}J .ti'•. <br />EXHIBIT 1V -? <br />Sand and Gravel Lease <br /> THIS LEASE, entered into and intended to be effective as of March 20, 1997, <br /> between JOCKO CAMILLETTI, hereinafter referred to as 'Lessor, and CONNELL <br /> RESOURCES INC. a Colorado corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee". <br /> WtTNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, by this instrument, the Lessor intends to lease to Lessee, from time <br /> to time, various tracts of land located upon the real estate hereinafter described, for the <br /> purposes of mining and extracting .sand, gravel and related products therefrom. <br /> 1. LEASED PREMISES. Lessor, in consideration of the royalties herein <br /> reserved and the covenants to be performed by the Lessee, does hereby lease, let and <br /> demise unto the Lessee for the purposes of mining and extracting sand, gravel and <br /> related products therefrom, the property more fully described on Exhibit "A', attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2. LESSOR'S RESERVATIONS. Lessor reserves from the teased premises all <br /> of the areas therein not being used at any given time by the Lessee. Lessor further <br /> reserves all mineral rights of every kind and nature in and to all minerals, including oil <br /> and gas, in and under and that may be produced from the leased premises or any <br /> portion thereof, except said reservation shall not include sand, gravel and like products. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />r.J. <br />
