The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />?1. No permit sign was posted at the entrance to the mine site. Rule 3.1.12 (1)states that the 10 / 31 / 08 <br />Operator shall post a sign at the entrance to the mine site which shall be clearly visible <br />from the access road. The sign shall include the name of the Operator, a statement that a <br />reclamation permit has been issued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, and <br />the permit number. <br />The Operator shall post a 'sign at the entrance to the mine site which shall be clearly visible <br />form the access road. The sign must be posted on or before October 31, 2008 and proof of <br />compliance must be submitted to the Division by November 15, 2008. Rule 3.1.12 (2) states that the 10/ 31 / 08 <br />boundaries of the affected area will be marked by monuments or other markers that are <br />clearly visible and adequate to delineate such boundaries. <br />PB or PV: PB_ <br />TOPIC(S): _SU <br />The operator shall mark the boundaries of the permit area with monuments. Boundary - <br />markers shall be placed at the north, south, east, and west corners of the permit area. The <br />Division recommends using markers that will not be easily moved; the Operator may consider <br />piling rocks or burying tires at the corners of the permit boundary. The boundary markers must <br />be in place on or before October 31, 2008 and proof of compliance must be submitted to <br />the Division by November 15, 2008. Proof of compliance may be in the form of a photograph.
