Marcia Talvitie -2- September 10, 2008 <br />Light use roads will be constructed and upgraded to access the drill pads. The roads will be <br />constructed in accordance with rule 4.03.3. The alignments of the roads are presented on Map <br />4-1 Hydrologic Reconnaissance. Reclamation of the upgraded light use road will involve <br />narrowing the roadway width to 6 to 8-feet. The new light use roads will be reclaimed. <br />Soils <br />No detailed soil survey will be performed in the areas to be disturbed for the light use roads or <br />drill pad. To the extent possible, depending on the slope of the ground surface, topsoil will be <br />salvaged. <br />Vegetation <br />Map 9A-1 Vegetation Analysis shows vegetation boundaries for the area to be affected by this <br />revision. The only vegetation type to be disturbed is Oakbrush. <br />Sedimentation Control <br />Through technical revision number 38, BRL incorporated into the permit typical drill pad <br />configurations and silt fence designs for the drill pads. <br />Reclamation Estimate <br />A $14,756 reclamation estimate is enclosed.
