The conditions to the approval are noted in the stipulations below: <br />Stipulation No. <br />Description <br />1 In accordance lvith 11ardrock Rules 3.1.60), 63.3(1)(1), and 6.14(&e) that require the <br />Division to protect the prevailing 4y.drologic .balance, applicant must provide a comprehensive <br />geochemical characterisation of the material that tivill be backfilleil. The Division will require <br />sampling and analyse=s of in situ ore and >vaste rockfi-om the underground ivorkingT , inclu Iinf, <br />characterization of'the processed material proposed, for backfill. The geochemical <br />characterization must occur as Soon as reasonably practical after access is gained fcrr <br />acrmplin,?: <br />?. You must submit a financial <br />warranty in this amount and a performance warranty in order fir us to issue a pen-nit. In the event you have <br />requested a financial warranty form, we have enclosed it in this letter. If you have not, please select a type of <br />financial warranty fro n Rule 4.3.
