M-2008- <br />037. A copy of the approval letter is attached, and a hard copy has been sent to you <br />as well. Interested parties who object to the Division's decision may petition for a <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board in accordance with the provisions <br />of Rule 1.4.11. Under 1.4.11(1) (b), the petition for hearing must occur within 30 <br />days of the Division's decision date. Since 30 days from the decision date falls on a <br />Saturday, the Division must receive written petitions for a hearing by the close of <br />business the following Monday, which is September 29, 2008. I have attached the <br />relevant pages from the Hardrock Rules for your information.
