10.Run-on/run-off Control - <br />Erosion controls as outlined in preceding Item <br />8a) and will be followed. Final grading will <br />ensure than all storrriwatE!r produced from <br />disturbed areas will be either be retained on <br />site, or detained by discharge into either one or <br />two future storm water detention pond areas. <br />ll.Closure Plan: <br />a) Notification of Closure -- Adams County will <br />be notified upon completion of filling and <br />termination of the operation. <br />b) Final Fill Level - The final fill elevation <br />is shown on the accompanying Map. <br />c) Cover Materials - Soil for final cover will <br />come from soil material stripped from on <br />site prior filling being initiated and from <br />clean soil loads imported as inert material. <br />d) Reclamation and Revegetation - A minimum of <br />2' of earthen cover will be placed over all <br />slope areas, prior to revegetation <br />activities being undertaken. This minimum <br />topsoil and revegetat.ion activity will also <br />be undertaken on the level fill areas, <br />unless these areas are immediately proposed <br />for future industrial use by being covered <br />with aggregate material for industrial uses. <br />Areas proposed for revegetation will be <br />mulched and vegetated with low maintenance <br />non-irrigated grasses. The site will then be <br />utilized for activities in conformance with <br />the existing A-1 zone, or in accordance with <br />future land use approvals that may be <br />granted by Adams County <br />e) Final Grades and Contours - The final grades <br />and contours are shown on the accompanying <br />Reclamation Map. <br />12.Post-closure Monitoring and Maintenance - <br />Upon completion filling and the spreading and <br />final grading of all stockpiled soil material, <br />all disturbed areas not covered with aggregate <br />material for industrial use shall be mulched <br />and seeded with low maintenance non-irrigated <br />grasses. As needed, AFS will undertake grading <br />to correct erosion problems and reseeding as <br />needed until the property is utilized for <br />other purposes as allowed by Adams County <br />approvals. <br />8
