Upon completion of filling of any area within the site <br />to within 2' of final grades, a minimum of 2' of soil <br />material will be placed over all inert filled areas. <br />All finished slope areas will not exceed 3/1 in <br />steepness in order to facilitate reasonable mowing of <br />the site and all slope areas will be seeded with a <br />native grass mixture and irrigated as needed to ensure <br />good germination and establishment of the native <br />grasses. The non-slope areas will then either be re- <br />seeded to the same standards as the slope areas, or <br />covered with gravel surface material if proposed for <br />industrial use after filling is completed. <br />5. Beyond the bond posted with the DRMS, <br />no separate financial assurance is submitted or <br />necessary, since the site will be privately operated <br />solely by and for AFS and AFS will be liable for all <br />activities on the site. <br />c) Site Description - 7901 Dahlia Street (1/4 mile west <br />of Dahlia Street on the I-76 Frontage Road) <br />1.
