6.4.6 EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map
26. The Reclamation Plan Map needs to include the well and setback, see comments
under Exhibit E.
27. As required by Rule 6.4.6(b), please show the final land use for each portion of the
affected lands; i.e., water storage, revegetated areas, and roads.
6.4.7 EXHIBIT G - Water Information
No comment.
6.4.8 EXHIBIT H - Wildlife Information
No comment.
6.4.9 EXHIBIT I - Soils Information
No continent.
6.4.10 EXHIBIT J -Vegetation Information
28. As required by Rule 6.4.10(1)(a), please provide descriptions of present vegetation
types, which include quantitative estimates of cover and height for the principal
species. In addition, please include the relationships of present vegetation to soil
types.
6.4.11 EXHIBIT K - Climate Information
No comment.
6.4.12 EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs
29. The applicant has indicated that they will post the financial warranty in phases as
mining progress. The cost of the slurry wall has been broken down and included in
the reclamation costs for the individual phases. The Division requires that the entire
cost of the slurry wall is posted up front, rather than posting it in phases.
30. The applicant's proposed cost of $5/ft2 for slurry wall construction is not acceptable
because slurry wall costs increase with depth. Please amend the cost of the slurry wall
using the following unit costs:
0 to 50 ft: $3/ft2
51 to 70ft: $4/ft2
> 71 ft: $16/ft2
