We thank all three agencies for reviewing our application <br />packet. The Office of the State Engineer states source of <br />water for dust control will be purchased from the City of <br />Yuma or the landowner. Copies of the purchase invoices will <br />be retained in the Counties file and supplied if need. <br />Should human remains be uncovered in the mine the County <br />will follow the requirements in CRS 24-80, Sec 106.. No <br />actions is required by the Corps of Engineers. <br />Rule 6.4.3 Exhibit C - Pre-Mining and Mining Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />2. I have.corrected Map Exhibit C-1 Mining Plan and attached <br />copies. <br />3.
