Permit Revision No. 14, E 2 through E 12 Panels, E Seam Methane Drainage Wells (MDWs) <br />Project Plan, Federal Lease C-1362 and COC-67232. <br />Exhibits: Inclusion of the FEIS for the Deer Creek Shaft and E Seam Methane Drainage <br />Wells Project as Exhibit 79. <br />MCCs previous experience reclaiming these areas costs are $15,000 per pad including plugging <br />and abandonment of the wells and $30,000 per mile of roadway. Based on 131 pads and 10.02 <br />miles of roadway, MCC believes the reclamation cost for the drilling of E 2 through E 12 Panels <br />would be approximately $2,265,600.
