Please note, the NOI information has just recently been <br />made non-confidential, therefore, prior to the confidentiality waiver, DRMS was barred by <br />statute from discussing the NOI at any public meetings with the BLM, Hinsdale County and <br />the Watershed Stakeholder Group. In response to request c.), all information related to the <br />Ute-Ule mine and environmental problems has been provided on a DVD/CD. Again, this is <br />the information available in the file. <br />2.) All documents reflecting the contents of any meetings attended by an employee in the <br />DRMS and a member or representative of the Lake Fork Watershed Stakeholders Group in <br />Hinsdale County. <br />Enclosed, please find all related e-mail correspondence related to Stakeholder meetings <br />attended by a DRMS representatives. All other correspondence between DRMS and the <br />Stakeholders Group regarding the contents of meetings will be found in the full public file, if <br />any exist. Again, notes from meetings with the Stakeholders Group were either not <br />generated or not kept. Although DRMS staff has been invited to, and attended, meeting with <br />the Stakeholders group, it is my understanding that DRMS involvement was minimal. I am <br />unable to compile a list of all meetings in which DRMS was in attendance. If agendas or <br />minutes were provided to DRMS, they have been included for your review. In addition, Ms. <br />Kirstin Brown with the Inactive Mine Program (IMP) attends these meetings. Any <br />information that Ms. Brown has regarding the content of these meeting has been sent for <br />review. <br />3.) All correspondence, including e-mail correspondence, between any employee of DRMS <br />and the Lake Forks Watershed Stakeholders Group. <br />Enclosed, please find all related e-mail correspondence between DRMS and the Stakeholders <br />Group. The a-mails include discussions of meetings to which DRMS was invited and <br />attended. Specifically, a-mails dated July 18, 2008 from Valois Shea with the EPA discussed <br />a July 31, 2007 meeting at the BLM office and an e-mail dated April 1, 2008 discusses an <br />interagency meeting at CDPHE. Again, the confidentiality waiver regarding the NOI was <br />just recently submitted by Mr. Abraham to DRMS, therefore, prior to this waiver DRMS was
