Please remember that the decision date for this <br />application is August 30th, 2008. If you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns <br />identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to <br />request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not <br />been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has <br />been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />Overall, your response answered the majority of the concerns raised during the initial <br />adequacy review. Upon review of your responces and a second review of the application <br />several other issues will need to be addressed prior to the approval of the permit. <br />Items regarding the response to the Divisions adequacy review: <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan: <br />Item B.- Final land use for the "Special Overlap Zone" <br />For your information and to clarify the Divisions position regarding this overlap <br />zone, the Division will accept your plan to stabilize and prepare the area for <br />highway construction as adequate, to fulfill the post mine land use designation of <br />"Industrial/Commercial". Also, the Division agrees with you that a secondary <br />plan should be in place to revegetate this area with the same specifications of the <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
