The below comments and enclosed attachments result from the meeting between CC&V and URS of July 30, <br />2008. Based on that meeting and this supplemental submittal, CC&V believes that the URS comments have been fully <br />addressed prior to the August 13, 2008. <br />Stormwater Management Report <br />Comment #1. CCVA9-SA1/2. Some items on sheets CCVA9-SA1 and CCVA9-SA2 where difficult to identify. <br />Please provide additional information in the legend to include a shaded-area guide and all linetypes. <br />Response As we discussed in the meeting to help clarify various colors on the two drawings, CC&V <br />has provided a color coded guide of each basin on drawings CCVA9-SAland CCVA9-SA2. This is included <br />as Attachment 1. <br />Comment #2. CCVA9-SA1/2. Please provide contour labels. <br />Response CC&V would ask that you please reference drawing "Map 1-General Facilities Layout <br />Cresson Project", which was submitted in April 2006 as Attachment 6 within the Cresson Project Teller <br />County Mining Development Plan Amendment for the Mine Life Extension Application to Teller County. This <br />drawing includes the countour labels for the topography of the area at 35 foot intervals. <br />Comment #3. CCVA9-SA1/2. The areas for ponds associated with EMP7 appear to be missing. Please provide <br />clarification. <br />Response The run-off areas accounting for the initial design criteria for EMP007 were included as <br />part of evaluated completed for this area as part of the approved Amendment No. 8 Office of Mined Land <br />Reclamation Permit M-1980-244 Application submitted of March 2000. These watershed areas did not <br />change as part of the proposed MLE Project, thus the initial design areas are still valid and remain <br />unchanged. Pleas note that some additional drainage has been directed to EMP-007 as a result of the MLE <br />Project. This additional detail is described in the MLE Application. As described in Section 4.8 and identified
