III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br /> Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br /> the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br /> facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br /> Noxious weeds were rare and not noted in any great frequency throughout the mine site. The vegetative <br /> cover looked good the Pit I area. No recent rilling was observed in the SW comer of Pit I. <br /> Vegetation at the Load out is dry but in good condition. Noxious weeds not a problem on the load out <br /> area, however, a infestation of Canada thistle is present along the toe of the lumberyard slope adjacent to <br /> the Loadout permit boundary. 4-wheeler tracks are apparent coming down the lumberyard slope , across <br /> the irrigation ditch and across the loadout to the Wildlife preserve. <br /> Wildlife A small herd of approximately 6 Pronghorn were seen throughout the mine site. <br /> Marr Pit well SP-1 Marr mine Well 79-2 area.
