No new problems were noted during this inspection.
Resolution in Progress
017-83-1. Coal must be cleaned up from the undisturbed area below the Mine no. 2
coal stockpile when snow has melted enough to allow clean-up without unnecessary
disturbance to existing, vegetation. A buffer strip 30 feet wide is to be established
and maintained between stockpiled coal and the disturbed boundary to allow for
future clean-up.
