Describe the method for seed bed preparation, and application method for grass/forb seeding: <br />The seedbed will be prepared by roughening with a backhoe then <br />reseeded and covered by hand raking or four-wheeler and harrow leaving a roughened surface. <br />obstacles would be place to preclude travel along the reclaimed route. <br />V.
