The revision proposes to <br />discharge 1,000 gallons per minute of mine water to the surface at Outfall 006. The <br />water will flow from 006 into the North Fork of the Gunnison River. The SEO has no <br />objections to the applicant's proposed project, as long as, pumped water is not put to <br />any use and is discharged to the North Fork of the Gunnison River as proposed in the <br />revision. <br />If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at this office at (303) 866-3587. <br />Sin erely, <br />Mark J.
