DRMS 5-11-01 Site occupied by sheep. <br />j. DRMS 5-7-02 Sheep grazing on the west side of Hubbard Creek. <br />k. DRMS 9-18-02 A small flock of ten turkeys was on the stockpile area. <br />1. DRMS 4-15-04 The operator erected a fence along the gate area at <br />the creek crossing to keep out sheep. <br />M. DRMS 5-11-04 Sheep were grazing just down the canyon on their <br />annual march up Hubbard Creek. <br />n. DRMS 3-21-05 The north end of the lower bench was heavily trampled <br />by wildlife. <br />o. DRMS 5-25-05 There were grazing sheep spread throughout the area. <br />6. Impact on Surface and Groundwater: A discussion of the impact on surface and <br />groundwater is attached. <br />7. Subsidence: There are no structures or renewable resource lands located above <br />the Blue Ribbon Mine. Therefore, no subsidence monitoring was performed or <br />required at the mine. <br />8. Remaining Items: There are several PVC pipes that house survey stakes and <br />piezometers that will be removed after it has been shown that they are no longer <br />needed. The two sediment ponds will be reclaimed once it has been shown that <br />they are not needed.
