CNE also acknowledges global warming as one of the largest threats to imperiled
species and ecosystems in the Greater Southern Rockies and Plains, and therefore identifies plans
to increase emissions of greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming as a specific threat
to those species and ecosystems. CNE provided written comments on the Project DEIS.
Biodiversity Conservation Alliance (BCA) is a nonprofit organization that works to
protect wildlife and wild places in Wyoming and surrounding states, including Colorado.
