Box 3609 Natural Resource Trustee
Grand Junction, Colorado 81502
Re: Anderson Pit, Permit No. M-2005-021, Technical Revision, TR-01, Incomplete Submission.
Dear MR. Kerr,
On May 27, 2008 the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety received a request for a Technical
Revision, TR-01, for the above referenced site. Unfortunately the request is considered incomplete due
to fact that the attached fee was incorrect. Please find enclosed the fee check of $188.00. The correct
fee should be $216.00. Staff has enclosed a copy of the fee schedule that went into affect on July 1,
2007 for your future reference. The TR will not be considered complete until the appropriate fee has
been received.
A quick review of the TR notes United wishes to install an irrigation structure in the northwest portion
of the permitted area to allow water diversion to a neighboring property. Although staff sees no issue
with the request it must request a detail of the type and size proposed. Please submit a detailed drawing
and dimension of the structure for staff review.
If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Minerals and Geology, Grand
Junction Field Office, 101 South Third Street, Room 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, telephone
no. 970-243-6368.
Sincerely,
5Js
Steve S.
