All information should be <br />entered on the custody form including, date time of sampling, sample identification, <br />sample preservatives used, analysis requested, and client and sampling information. <br />7 Sample Delivery <br />Samples should be delivered to the analytical laboratory as soon as possible after the <br />sampling event. In most cases the samples should be transported directly from the <br />sampling location to the laboratory. <br />8
