The response to your <br />adequacy questions are as follows: <br />1. The approximate present volume of topsoil in the new topsoil pile is 824.4 cubic yards per the attached <br />Figure 1. <br />2. The configuration of the topsoil stockpile is also shown in the attached Figure 1 with a side slope <br />gradient ranging from 1 vertical to 3 horizontal and 2 vertical to 3 horizontal. The height of the topsoil <br />ranges from 1 foot on the northwestern end to 8 feet on the southwestern end. <br />3. The topsoil stockpile will be seeded with the DRMS approved seed mix for the West Sunday Mine in <br />spring of 2008 and pending vegetation success again in the fall of 2008 (if necessary).
