All processes involving the use of cyanide are documented as SOPS, <br />administered under the CC&V ISO 14001 EMS. These SOPS form the basis of <br />operator training, which is further developed via annual refresher courses and (if <br />MRT members are involved) monthly MRT training sessions based on the CC&V <br />Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Training issues are also routinely addressed <br />in weekly safety meetings and monthly process area reports to upper <br />management. Additionally, employees participate in annual emergency <br />response drills; see Sections 7.3 and 7.6.
