The details of storage; use and control measures at contractor sites are not presented here. Instead, <br />these areas will be maintained by the identified contractors and will be periodically inspected by ttie <br />CC&V Environmental Resources Department to ensure compliance. Each of the identified operators <br />• is required to have appropriate spill prevention, control, and countermeasures in effect at each of their <br />sites within CC&V property. <br />• <br />4.1.1 Ironclad Facility (aka "Old Truck Shop" or "Ironclad Shop/VI/arehouse") '. <br />The Ironclad Facility (Figure 4) consists of the Ironclad Shop/Warehouse with a bulk oil storage room, <br />the old truck maintenance shop with a lube service bay, the small vehicle shop, the small vehicle <br />wash bays, a Hazardous Materials Accumulation and. Storage Room, and a bulk oil off-loading facility. <br />4.1.1.1 Storage and Use of Petroleum Products and Other Environmentally Sensitive Materials <br />Inside the Ironclad Shop/Warehouse <br />Table 2 depicts the above ground storage tanks (AST's) inside a concrete secondary containment <br />structure at the Ironclad Shop/Warehouse. This large bulk oil-storage room is located north of th'e <br />maintenance bays and the room itself provides 25,700 gallons of secondary containment. '; <br />Table 2. Appendix C contains a complete list of materials, a description of containers, <br />and containment methods. Spills from these containers would either report to the building sump or <br />the secondary containment vat provided in the Oil Room: <br />Outside the Ironclad Shop/Warehouse <br />Table 3 depicts the above ground storage tanks located outside the Ironclad Shop/Warehouse. The <br />5,000-gallon propane tank is located east of the Truck Shop. The 500-gallon propane tanks are <br />located near the Light Vehicle Shop area.
