Under rule 6.4.5 (2) (c) in reference to rule 3.1.6 (3) for water requirements: "All surface <br />areas of the affected land ,including spoil piles, shall be stabilized and protected so as to <br />effectively control erosion." <br />According to the reclamation plan outlined under Exhibit E, it stated that the "topsoil <br />stock piles will be seeded as per the NRCS's recommendations if necessary". Topsoil <br />stockpiles must be stabilized in accordance with rule 3.1.9. <br />Also within your reclamation plan under Exhibit E, sections 2 (c) vi, ix, x, you reference <br />the NRCS's seeding recommendations for the area. These recommendations are not <br />included in the 112 (c) application packet that you submitted under display C-e. Will you <br />be following the original NRCS's recommendations within your original 110(c) <br />application form? Please include a detailed topsoil stabilization plan and affected area re- <br />vegetationplan. The re-vegetation plan must include a list of preferred species of plants <br />to be planted, methods and rates of seeding and planting, the estimated availability of the <br />species to be used as per Rule 3.1.10 (4). Also, please describe the site preparation <br />techniques that will be done to the reclamation area to ensure vegetation establishment. <br />6.4.6 EXHIBIT F -Reclamation Plan Map <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.7 EXHIBIT G -Water Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.8 EXHIBIT H -Wildlife Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.9 EXHIBIT I -Soils Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.10 EXHIBIT J - Vegetation Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.11 EXHIBIT K -Climate Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />
