I have reviewed RAG-Twentymile Coal Company's 2007 Reclamation Report for the Foidel Creek Mine for
compliance with Rule 2.04.13.
2.04.13(1) Report submittal date: February 12, 2008
Page 2.04-82 of the Permit commits to submittal of the ARR by March l 5`h of the year following
the reported calendar year. TCC submitted the 2007 ARR prior to the required date.

The 2007 Annual Reclamation report identifies that weed control was performed on the site in
2007. No map was submitted as a part of the 2007 ARR. The 2007 ARR references Maps revised
during PR6, TR60, and MR206.
This report is in compliance with Rule 2.04.13.
