• 1.4 Other Modifications or Approvals <br />CC&V is also pursuing approval of a change to the Cresson Project Mining Development <br />Plan with Teller County for the proposed Cresson MLE under the Teller County Land <br />Use Regulations. Additional information prepared for Teller County includes: <br />^ Socioeconomic Evaluation of the Cresson Project <br />^ Visual Effects <br />^ Traffic Review <br />^ Noise Analysis <br />^ Lighting Impacts. <br />This information is included in a package to be submitted to Teller County concurrent <br />with the submittal of this application. A copy of this package of information will be <br />provided to the OMLR upon completion and submittal to Teller County. <br />CC&V will also be requesting modifications to its Air Quality Permit issued by the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment ("CDPHE"), Air Pollution <br />Control Division ("APCD"). The modifications are for changes in the locations of the <br />• mining and overburden placement and reconfiguration of the VLF and associated <br />changes in the Air Pollutant Emission Notice for hydrogen cyanide. <br />In addition, CC&V is working with Teller County on closing County Road 83 and the <br />realignment of County Road 82.
