mation permit from the Colorado Mined
land Reclamation Board under provisions
of the Colorado Mined land Reclamation
Act. The mine is known as the Yankee
Gulch Sodium Minerals Mine, and is to
sated at or near Section 20, Township 1
South, Range 97 West, 6th Principle Me
ridian, Rio Blanco County, Cobrado.
The proposed amendment is to change the
post-mining use of 26.1 acres of land from
Rangeland to Industrial/Commercial. Addi•
