<br /> <br />PAG TWO/ASPEN GLEN WILL C MNMCE CONSTRUCTION THIS ORMR <br />Weiskopf and Morrish are considered one of the top golf course design teams in <br />the world. weiskopf is a 15 time winner on the PGA tour and five time foreign <br />title golf champion. He also holds the record for the lowest opening round in <br />the history of the U.S. Open. Morrish has been on the design team for ten of the <br />nation's top 100 courses. The two are called "a good example of the right <br />partnership," by Pete Dye, an acclaimed golf course architect. <br />Together weiskopf and Morrish have created many of the world's best golf courses <br />including Troon Golf & Country Club (top 100 golf courses in the world, Golf <br />Magazine, Golf Digest); Forest Highlands (top 100 golf courses in the world, Golf <br />Magazine, Golf Digest); Shadow Glen Golf Club (best new private course, 1989, <br />Colf Dige.L); and Trcor_ North Golf _& Country-Club (top 100 courses in the U. S., <br />Golf Magazine). <br />In addition to championship golf, The Aspen Glen Club will offer its members <br />private Gold Medal fly fishing on the Roaring Fork, private transportation, use <br />of a Bed & Breakfast Lodge, equestrian facilities and a clubhouse with dining, <br />a fitness center, swimming, and tennis. Walking and biking trails will traverse <br />the property for additional recreational possibilities. <br />The 938 acre project will-offer more than 500 acres of recreation and open space <br />including natural wildlife parks, walking trails and the golf course. <br />Indigenous building materials such as pine and river rock will be used in the <br />clubhouse and throughout the residential community so that the structures <br />harmonize with the natural terrain.
