The Division has reviewed Kerr Coal Company's 2007 Annual Reclamation Report for the Marr Mine.
The Marr Mine is a reclaimed surface mine that is currently being reviewed for Phase III bond release on all
but 8 acres at the Mine site and 11.7 acres at the Loadout. The 2007 ARR for the Marr Mine is in
compliance with Rule 2.04.13. Please find the Division's comments below.
