Thompson Properties 2 <br />Thompson Resource <br />Permit #M-1983-102 <br />2008 Annual Report <br />mined this year (purple). No mining has taken place in the <br />amendment area. There is adequate soil stockpiled on the <br />site to resoil the disturbed areas to the prescribed depth. <br />The topsoil piles have'an.adequate vegetation cover to <br />prevent erosion. <br />(2) No reclamation was required during this year. Grading and <br />shaping is complete on 0.98 acres on the northeast slope <br />(green). Seeding will take place once we have 5 acres or <br />more that needs seeding. Floor grading will continue on <br />areas not needed by the mine operator for plant site and <br />material stockpiles. The concrete batch plant was removed <br />this year and that area was cleaned and graded. We are <br />using the concrete structures left for material storage. <br />(3) Mining will continue on the west side of the Plant Site and <br />work west to the permit line until that area is day lighted <br />out. Groundwater monitoring will continue as required in <br />the permit. A copy of the groundwater monitoring report is <br />attached for your review. This table and Graph show the <br />results of the monitoring measurements. <br />(4) We will continue to mire the original permit area until it <br />is complete and we continue to collect ground water level <br />samples as required in the 2007 Technical Revision. <br />(5) Current contact: <br />Mr. Larry Thompson <br />P.O.
