mined this year (purple). No mining has taken place in the
amendment area. There is adequate soil stockpiled on the
site to resoil the disturbed areas to the prescribed depth.
The topsoil piles have'an.adequate vegetation cover to
prevent erosion.
(2) No reclamation was required during this year. Grading and
shaping is complete on 0.98 acres on the northeast slope
(green). Seeding will take place once we have 5 acres or
more that needs seeding. Floor grading will continue on
areas not needed by the mine operator for plant site and
material stockpiles. The concrete batch plant was removed
this year and that area was cleaned and graded. We are
using the concrete structures left for material storage.
(3) Mining will continue on the west side of the Plant Site and
work west to the permit line until that area is day lighted
out. Groundwater monitoring will continue as required in
the permit. A copy of the groundwater monitoring report is
attached for your review. This table and Graph show the
results of the monitoring measurements.
(4) We will continue to mire the original permit area until it
is complete and we continue to collect ground water level
samples as required in the 2007 Technical Revision.
