October Ore Pile Reclamation Exhibit D <br />110(d) Limited Impact Permit Application <br />Nuvemco LLC <br />6.3.4 (1)(e)Reclamation for any waste rock dumps, tailing impoundments, etc. <br />NA. None present in the October Ore Pile Reclamation area. Nearby preexisting <br />mining operations have all been reclaimed. <br />6.3.4 (2) Reclamation Costs (amended) <br />Alternative 1. <br />Reclamation costs will be limited to approximately 1 days of work by a front-end <br />loader with operator, with an ATV and portable seeder. The soil and surface underlying <br />the October Ore Pile will be scarified and reseeded with an approved seed mix. <br />6.3.4 (2) (a)Equipment Costs <br />Loader & Operator $125/hour x 8 hours <br />Seed mix and miscellaneous expenses <br />Total <br />$1000.00 <br />300.00 <br />$1300.00 <br />Alternative 2. <br />Should Alternative 1 not result in adequate re-vegetation in a reasonable time, <br />Alternative 2 will be initiated to bring additional soil to the site. Reclamation costs will be <br />limited to approximately 2 days of work by a front-end loader with operator, and one <br />support truck for fuel, ATV and portable seeder. Trucks will be loaded with silty soil at <br />the spoil pile from John Brown Canyon. This silt and sandy soil will be redistributed over <br />this disturbed areas prior to seeding. <br />6.3.4 (2) (a)Equipment Costs <br />Loader & Operator $1251hour x 10 hours x 2 days = $2500.00 <br />Support vehicle <br />and Operator$350/day x 2 days = $ 700.00 <br />Seed mix and miscellaneous expenses = 300.00 <br />Total: = $3500.00 <br />6.3.4 (2) (b)Earthwork, demolition, fencing, etc. <br />None required. <br />6.3.4 (2) (c)Additional administrative costs <br />$3500 x 23.5% = $822.50 <br />23
