October Ore Pile Reclamation Exhibit U <br />110(d) Limited Impact Permit Application <br />Nuvemco LLC <br />6.3.4 (1)(e)Reclamation for any waste rock dumps, tailing impoundments, etc. <br />NA. None present in the October Ore Pile Reclamation area. Nearby preexisting mining, <br />operations have all been reclaimed. <br />6.3.4 (2) Reclamation Costs <br />Reclamation costs will be limited to approximately 2 days of work by two front-end <br />loaders with operators (one loading the soil from'the canyon, and-the other distributing it on the <br />barren site where the ore was removed), and one support truck for fuel, AN and portable <br />seeder. During the last two days of ore removal, 20 returning haul trucks (which will have been <br />decontaminated at the mill, per conversation with Dennison, July 9, 2008) will be loaded with <br />soil at a prepared silt pile near the downstream end of John Brown Canyon. This soil will be <br />stockpiled on a vacated portion of the ore pile and redistributed over this disturbed area after all <br />ore is removed and prior to seeding. <br />6.3.4 (2) (a)Eguiixnent Costs <br />Loader & Operator $12GMmr x 8 hours x 4 days = $3840-00 <br />Support vehicle <br />and Operator$350/day x 2 days = $ 700.00 <br />Soil haulage at $120/load x 20 loads = $2400.00 <br />Seed mix and miscellaneous expenses = $ 300-00 <br />Total: = $7240.00 <br />6.3.4 (2) (b)Earthwork, demol"rtion, fencing, etc. <br />None required. <br />6.3.4 -(2) (c)Additional administrative costs <br />$7240 x 23.5% = $!,701.40
