Please depict the location of all topsoil and overburden piles on the map(s) <br />and explain how the pilles will be protected from the active mining operations. In <br />addition, please state the seed mixture that will be used to stabilize the piles and the rate <br />of seeding in PLS/acre: - <br />The Mining Plan and Reclamation maps have been revised to ` show the <br />approximate location. of the `topsoil and overburden stockpiles. If the piles are to <br />remain over 1'80 days, they will be 'seeded- in accordance with the seeding plan to <br />stabilize the piles. -The.revised Mining and Reclamation. maps are included in <br />Exhibit D.3. <br />4. Please describe all haul roads that will be utilized for the mining. operations. Rule 6.3.3(g), <br />requires the applicant, to specify the dimensions of any existing or proposed roads'that <br />will be used for the mining operation: Any improvements necessary on existing roads and <br />the specifications to be used in the construction of the new-roads needs to. be described in _ <br />the permit and included as part of the permitted `acreage. The applicant will also need to <br />address reclamation- of any new or improved roads= constructed on site. . <br />The main haul road will be the site access, which is 20 feet wide. This road will <br />be paved from the Scale House to County Road, 13. Internal haul roads will be <br />changed as mining progresses.. Upon,reclamation, the road will remain as access <br />to the site. The Mining Plan and Reclamation maps have'been revised to show <br />the approximate location of the access road and are- included in Exhibit. D.3. <br />5: Please list and locate on the, applicable exhibit all structures that.will be constructed on <br />site-(i.e. plants; offices, trailers, tanks, fueling station structures etc...) and provide their <br />associated dimensions and composition in order to accurately estimate.a cost for removal - <br />in the reclamation bond estimate. <br />The only structure that will be constructed on site will: be the office/scale house <br />trailer:.
