This UIC Permit authorizes the <br />construction and operation of the 7H-2I Class III Solution Mining injection well. The 7H-2I <br />well is located SW SE, 204.77 feet from the south line (FSL) and 1638.22 feet from the east line <br />(FEL) of Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 98 West, Rio Blanco County,.Colorado. <br />Pursuant to the Code of Federal Regulations Title 40 (40 CFR) Section 144.41, the EPA. <br />is modifying construction and operation conditions in the document, "APPROVAL TO ADD <br />RECOVERY AND INJECTION WELLS" for the 7H-2I well. Under the proposed construction <br />plan, the 7H-2I well and 7H cavity intercepted the 1 A cavity. A modification of the construction <br />plan for the 7H-2I injection well has been made to comply with the Bureau of Land Management <br />(BLM) and EPA directives that require the cavity 7H be positioned to remain isolated from the <br />existing cavity lA. Thereby, avoiding potential sodium chloride contamination and temperature <br />loss. <br />The modified well construction has been reviewed and is approved as follows: <br />
