<br />6.3.4 EXHIBIT D - Reclamation Plan <br />A.) Answered in EXHIBIT C - Mining Plan under A. <br />B.) Revegetation Plan <br />1.) Complete Site will be seeded at one time when all mining is complete <br />and overburden and topsoil is evenly spread, approximate fall of 2011 <br />or spring of 2012. <br />2.) Entire disturbed area will be worked by Landowner with appropriate <br />Farm Equipment then seeds mechanically planted with a Furrow Grass <br />Drill. <br />3.) No fertilizer will be necessary. <br />4.) Pastureland Mix, most appropriate for this area for Livestock grazing. <br />5.) Grass planted at rate of 4 lbs. per acres. <br />6.) Mulch will not be necessary. <br />6.3.5 EXHIBIT E - May <br />D.) All mined product will be extracted and stockpiled to the East. <br />E.) 1.) Reclaimed Slopes : 3 to 1 <br />2.)
