6.3.1 EXHIBIT A - Legal Description & Location May <br />A.) Mine Entrance: <br />Latitude 37 degrees, 45 minutes and 9 seconds north, and 108 degrees, <br />51 minutes and 8 seconds west. <br />B.) Location Map - Am including 1:24000 scale. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C - Mining Plan <br />A.) The term of the permit is 10 years, but actual mining will be over in the <br />next four years. Permit is for 6.9 acres, in 2008 2.6 acres on the South end <br />will be stripped of topsoil and overburden and stockpiled on the North part <br />of the permit. In 2008 & 2009 this will be mined out and overburden will <br />be replaced. In 2010 topsoil & overburden will be taken from the North end, <br />2.7 acres and stockpiled to the South that has been mined. North side of <br />permit will be mined in 2010 & 2011 then reclaimed, and then the entire <br />permit will be seeded. <br />B.) The thickness of the mined material will be from 8 to 10 feet thick. <br />Overburden to be removed will average between one and two feet <br />thick. <br />C.) There is an existing Road to the permit, it will be bladed for smoothness <br />with no upgrades. <br />D.) The Crusher and stockpile will be on the East side of the permit off of the <br />Mined area. <br />E.) Total Pit area will be 520 ft., North and South and 450 ft., East and West, <br />5.37 acres. No water diversions. Stockpile on East side of permit area, out <br />of mining area. <br />F.) No Water will be used in the Operation. <br />G.) There is no ground or surface water, any runoff would be very minimal, <br />this is not a high drainage area. <br />H.) There are no existing water rights on the permit area. Proposed future use <br />will be General Agriculture and permit will be reseeded with Specific <br />Grasses as outlined in the Reclamation Plan. <br />1.) Sandstone will be crushed on site, stockpiled on site, then hauled to County <br />Roads as needed. <br />J.) Primary commodity mined is Sandstone for Road base. There will be no <br />Secondary commodity. No incidental commodities.
