United Weed management plan
Kerr, Brent (United Companies)
From: Webb Callicutt [wcallicutt@deltacounty.com]
Sent: Friday, May 30, 2008 1:23 PM
To: Kerr, Brent (United Companies)
Subject: RE: United Weed management plan
Brent: I have reviewed your plan for the Tri-County pit attached to your letter of 5/14/08. It is quite adequate. I would like to add
that I have found toadflax in your operation area in 2006 and treated it. I do not know if it is still present. Upstream populations of
toadflax and the source area (Coal Creek Drainage) are being treated. No leafy spurge has been found on the North Fork, just its
tributary Minnesota Creek, 2 miles upstream from the North Fork.
Webb Callicutt
From: Kerr, Brent (United Companies) [mailto:brent.kerr@united-gj.com]
Sent: Thu 5/15/2008 6:21 AM
To: Webb Callicutt
Subject: United Weed management plan
Hello Mr. Callicutt,
Attached is a copy of my cover letter and a copy of a revised weed control plan. I will be in Delta later this morning. I'll
give you a call - maybe I could drop by the original of the letter and the plan. Thank you.
