ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />MESA GRAVEL PIT <br />SENECA COAL COMPANY <br />PERMIT NO. M-1982-036 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The gravel from this operation is used at Seneca Coal Company's mining operations for road construction <br />and road maintenance. During this reporting period Qune 1, 2007 to June 1, 2008), no tons of gravel were <br />produced. With the approval of Technical Revision No. 02 Qune 1998), the permitted acreage for this <br />property is 96.5 acres. <br />1. Location and Number ofAcres Affected During this Reporting Period. <br />The Mesa Gravel Pit 2007-08 Annual Reclamation Map shows the status of mining and reclamation <br />activities as of June 1, 2008. <br />There was no additional surface disturbance during the 2007-08 reporting period. <br />2.
