*The discharge from the bath house, prior to entering the Bath House Pond,
shall be monitored for these parameters twice monthly for one year, from the
effective date of these requirements. At the end of the monitoring, the
• division will analyze the results to determine if additional limitations or
other action is necessary. Results shall be tabulated and submitted as an
attachment to the monthly DMR's.
Reporting of the above data shall be on a monthly basis. Refer to
Part I.B.2. for specific requirements. Should a precipitation
event or saowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order
for an exemption to be claimed.** Said proof shall be submitted as
an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the
appropriate period.
Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified
above shall be performed at the following locations(s): Outfalls
001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 013, 014, 015, 016,
017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024 and 025; as shown in
Figure 1.
Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or
enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per
"Sample Type" specified above.
**Exemptions not applicable to Outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005 and 009.
