Results shall be tabulated and submitted as an <br /> attachment to the monthly DMR's. <br /> Reporting of the above data shall be on a monthly basis. Refer to <br /> Part I.B.2. for specific requirements. Should a precipitation <br /> event or saowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order <br /> for an exemption to be claimed.** Said proof shall be submitted as <br /> an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the <br /> appropriate period. <br /> Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br /> above shall be performed at the following locations(s): Outfalls <br /> 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 013, 014, 015, 016, <br /> 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024 and 025; as shown in <br /> Figure 1. <br /> Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br /> enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per <br /> "Sample Type" specified above. <br /> **Exemptions not applicable to Outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005 and 009. <br /> See Part I.A.S. for Footnotes. <br /> Amended <br />
