The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1 Topsoil appeared to be used for berm construction around the perimeter of the mine and 7/18/08 <br />as part of the storm water settling ponds. Per Rule 3.1.9(1), where it is necessary to <br />remove overburden in order to mine the construction material, topsoil shall be removed <br />and segregated from other spoil. <br />PB or PV: _2B <br />TOPIC(S): --TS- <br />Corrective Action: - <br />Segregate the topsoil and place in the location indicated on the Mine Plan Map which shows the <br />topsoil stockpile along the west perimeter of the gravel mine.
