l . The document should be revised to reflect the description of and
possible impacts to water resources resulting from mine
development in leases C-8424, C-8425, and C-0126669.
2. The surface water and groundwater monitoring plan snout d be
revised to accommodate detection of impacts resulting from the
present mining scenario, particularly: a) those which may result
from development in lease C-0126669, and b) those which result
from the increased size of the refuse disposal areas.
3. The cumulative hydrologic impact section should to revised to
reflect the new raining scenario.
Due to the short time period available to the District Hydrologist to
review the Permit Revision Request (5 hours), it is important to note
that the input regarding the protection of water resources may not be
adequate.
If there are any questions, please call Dean Warne at (303) 824-8261 .
i
ks-i ato IDj£t'IC't f.jz!n',
__r
